References

• You may send any reference photos that has the features you want present for your character.

• Pinterest boards are also allowed (you can find/ add me on Pinterest @Krisseymage)

• Please make sure to have the information for the following:

  • Gender/ Gender identity

  • Skin tone

  • Hair color

  • Hair style

  • Eye color

  • Outfit/ Fashion aesthetic

  • Any other miscellaneous features (scars, tattoos, wings, weapons, etc).

Prices

• All art items have a set base cost:

  • Chibi portraits: $15

  • Chibis: $25

  • Portraits: $30

  • Animals: $20+ (price may vary depending on animal detail)

• Prices on commissions are due to change depending on extra details, which include (but not limited to): Angel wings, Demon wings, Intricate Amor, Tattoo sleeves/ body tattoos, etc.

• I can do alternate forms/ alternate outfits on the same character if you desire (with an additional cost).

Payment Method

• My paypal emails are krisseymage@gmail.com and krisseyo@gmail.com .

• I now accept Venmo! My Venmo handle is @krisseymage

• Once sketches are complete, I will send you an invoice. Once payment is recieved (either partial or full), I will begin working on the line art and colors, and keep you updated on the progress.

What you recieve

• For each character/ art piece you commission, I will send you two files: 1 jpeg with a white background, and 1 png with a transparent background.

• I usually keep a backup of all of my commission files. If you need me to resend the files at some point in the future, I can still email them to you.

Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel the commission midway through working on it, I can offer a half price refund.

• If I need to cancel working on the commission at some point, I will offer the full refund (this will not happen unless there is a life emergency).

Deadlines

• Deadlines may vary depending on project size.

• Those with 1-4 chibi characters, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for completion.

• Those with 4-8 characters, please allow 5-6 weeks.

• For 8+ characters, please allow 6+ weeks.

Licensing, Fair use, and AI

• If you commission an original character that is your own property, you have the use to use it for merch, swag, etc.

• Commission art is NOT to be used for NFTs or AI training modules.

• As the artist, I retain the right to display the finished commission pieces on my social media platforms and public gallery.
